Ilim Group is the leader of the Russian pulp and paper industry and one of the industry leaders globally. Since 2007, International Paper has been Ilim Group’s strategic partner within the joint venture.
  • Task
    We aimed to introduce the employees with the ESG initiatives, draw their attention to this agenda as part of the Company's corporate strategy.
  • Solution
    We have created ESG educational materials in SCORM format for the employees corporate distance learning system. We have compiled the course content to convey the main information about sustainable development and corporate strategies in ESG in a visual form. After completing the course, the employees take an online test, that we have also developed.
