We aimed to develop EHS communications strategy for Ilim Group and provide communication support of its implementation. The strategy focuses on labor safety, employee health and environmental issues.

For the past 6 years we have been carrying out comprehensive work to create and support the implementation of EHS communication strategy. Our annual work on this matter begins with a sociological study of issues that are significant for more than 15 thousand employees. We develop solutions and draw up an annual action plan that helps Ilim Group to effectively implement labor safety solutions, engage employees into the Company's initiatives to preserve their life and health.
