The Company has gone through rebranding in 2018 and rethought its corporate values. Our task was to introduce the Сompany’s values to the employees.

The project was addressed to employees of the Russian division of an international Pharmaceutical Group. We helped integrating Company's values into the corporate culture. Eventually we have developed a new Corporate Values Implementation Program and introduced it to the Сompany's management and employees. We have created a communication design and a description of the values, made a series of posters for the Company's offices throughout the country. These images were also used as visuals of top management speeches while presenting corporate values to the employees.
